Asus GeForce GTX 280 TOP

Underneath the cooler are sixteen DDR3 memory chips rated for 1200MHz operation connected via a 512-bit memory bus to the 65nm GT 200 core. There are 240 unified shaders within the GTX 280 and the card features support for DirectX 10, PureVideo HD, HDCP, 3-way SLI and GPU Computing (e.g. PhysX). The 280 TOP has a core speed of

670MHz, shader clock of 1460MHz and memory is set to 1215MHz

XFX GeForce GTX 280 X X X

XFX have chosen to clock their card at 670MHz core, 1458MHz shader and 1250MHz memory. The core and shader settings are similar to the Asus model on the previous page but the memory speed should give the XFX card a small performance advantage.
