We have got Palit’s non-reference HD 4850 leaked pics and now its features are out. The non-reference card comes with a new cooler with a 80mm fan and may have a re-designed power module. According to donanimhaber, the card comes with 256-bit 512MB GDDR3, and runs at 685/2000MHz(core/momory) with 60MHz overclocked on the core.

Now the date and price are unknown, but expected to come in the near future.

Works at 650MHz for the core

Powercolor is preparing yet another card in its HD 4000 series lineup, an HD 4850 with DisplayPort and HDMI ports on the back plate.

The new card will use Powercolor's non-reference PCS cooling, courtesy of Zerotherm, and will be overclocked to 650MHz for the GPU. The card features a dual-slot design and a dual-slot bracket for the TV-out port. The PCS cooling is actually Zerotherm's GX810 copper based cooler and the card will probably come with 512MB of GDDR3 memory.

According to our info, the card should be available by the end of August, but the price is still unknown. This is how it looks.

Due to positive reviews of graphics cards equipped with its Dual Fly cooler, Sparkle has decided to announce a standalone Dual Fly cooler for high-end DIYers. The VDT2000 is a dual fan copper-aluminum cooler that can be fitted on a wide variety of Nvidia and ATI cards.

The cooler comes with dual heatpipes and two 3000 RPM low noise fans that cool the 0.2mm pure copper fins. The copper heatpipes are attached to the thermal base that has a copper core. The special feature of the Dual Fly cooler is that its fans can be adjusted by raising and lowering them. This feature helps in cooling not only the graphics card PCB but the entire motherboard, at least according to the press release.

According to that same press release the VDT2000 is capable of lowering the GPU, video memory and PCB temeratures by 13, 4 and 10 degrees, while the case temperature can be dropped by 5 degrees when compared to the reference cooler on the 8800GT card. The noise, on the other hand, reaches 30dBA.

The VDT2000 Dual Fly cooling can be mounted on Nvidia's 9800 GT, 9600 GT/GSO, 8800 GT/GS, 8600 GTS, 7900 GT/GS, 7800 GT/GS and ATI's HD 4850, HD 3870, HD 3850, X2900 XT, X1950Pro/XT/XTX, X1900 GT/XT/XTX and X1800 GTO/XL/XT graphics cards.

new card shows up in korea， it is 9800GT 3-way SLI version! Actually is coming too late, becouse someone have already told us 9800GT will have a 3-way SLI version back in Feburary.

Other than 3-way SLI, the 9800GT also supports HybridPower. The card have 512MB DDR3 memory, 3+1 phase VRM, clock stays unknown. No words of the card’s availabilty, so we don’t know the card is another asian only product.

We already informed you on the GeForce 9800 GT recently, a transformed version of the previous GeForce 8800 GT. Gigabye has also launched the card, in two versions to be precise. The GV-N98TZL-1GH features 1 GB GDDR3 memory, the GV-N98TZL-512H has 512MB GDDR3.

Both cards feature a copper heatpipe cooler by Zalman. The 9800GT's use the Ultra Durable 2 design, which is to account for a low power consumption, low heat production and a long lifetime. The new cards will have Dual Link DVI, HDCP-support and nVidia PureVideo HD.

در کل مقدار حافظه قدر یک کارت رو بالا نمیبره فقط در مواردی که یک کار گرافیکی احتیاج به رم داره بهتر کار میکنه همین . ولی اگر ازشون بنچمارک بگیری در اکثر مواقع تفاوتی با هم ندارن .

Pictures of the RV730 Emerge

Pictures of an engineering sample of the RV730 based reference design card that will be branded as the Radeon HD 4760 have come to surface, the pictures show this low-mid range offering from ATI, the sample features 512 MB of GDDR3 memory at 900 MHz that shares a 128-bit wide memory bus to churn out a bandwidth of 28.8 GB/s. The card is Crossfire X capable.

Inno3D Innovates GeForce 9800GT with Pre-fitted Arctic Cooling and ZeroTherm Coolers

Inno3D has come up with two models of the GeForce 9800 GT graphics cards with factory-fitted coolers made by Arctic Cooling and ZeroTherm. These products branded under the iChill banner use the ZeroTherm Hurricane and Arctic Cooling Accelero Twin Turbo coolers and are accordingly named Hurricane and Twin Turbo.

Both cards use identical specifications, a 700 MHz core clock with 1500 MHz shader and 2000 MHz memory clock speeds. Inno3D claims these coolers allow high-performance settings and can maintain silent operation of as low as 0.6 sone. The cards have pre-applied Arctic Cooling MX-2 thermal interface compound

We know that Havendale is Intel's first GPU on CPU processor scheduled for launch in late 2009 and AMD has been talking about its GPU + CPU since late 2005. This was one of the key reasons for reaching the hands and acquisition of ATI.

The original GPU inside CPU, the first Fusion chip for desktops, codenamed Swift should have been the RV710, but now we are hearing that the GPU might end up updated. The RV710 is a 55nm chip that should launch any day now, with a 64-bit memory interface and naturally it is small and not that hot. This is something you can consider putting in a chipset or eventually in a CPU.

There is a big indication that the RV810, a 40nm low end core, might actually replace the RV710 in Swift chips. Since we know that the Swift CPU is 45nm and that GPU would end up at 55nm with RV710 or 40nm with RV810, you can imagine that we are talking about two separate chips and a multi chip module (MCM) approach. The MCM bit is something that needs to be confirmed.

We can only hope to see this chip in 2009, but it looks like a 2010 solution to us.

The card...utilizes 54 aluminium fins, an all-copper base and four heatpipes to help keep it cool. The high-rise design, however, rules out users with low-profile HTPC chassis.

Considering the temperatures the actively cooled HD 4850 reaches, I cannot imagine a passive cooler is wise. However, this cooler is considerably larger than the reference cooler and it will be interesting to see how it performs, if and when it is released.
